15+ years in product Seven AI products Zero CS degree

I’m a senior product manager with 15+ years in healthcare, defense, and government, building software where failure isn’t an option. I rolled out single sign-on for 10,000+ clinicians and cut login time in half across 25+ military facilities. I decide what gets built. I don’t write the code. Then AI got good enough that I could build the things myself. Seven AI products in the last twelve months, with no co-founder and no engineering team.

My Story

I didn't build this because I knew what I was doing.
I built it because I couldn't stop thinking about the problem.

I’m a senior product manager. For 15+ years I’ve built software in healthcare, defense, and government, where failure isn’t an option. I led a single sign-on rollout that cut clinician login time in half for 10,000+ providers across 25+ military treatment facilities, and automated regulatory workflows for government teams. My job is to decide what gets built, not to write the code. Define a problem clearly enough and the solution becomes obvious.

That changed when AI did. I spent 2025 learning it through courses and certifications, building nothing but skill, then I started shipping. Seven live products in the last twelve months: Amplifi (an AI SaaS for podcasters); Tabflow, ToneSync, and Grabbit on the Chrome Web Store; Caption Coach AI, live on the App Store with paying subscribers; Spire, my first iOS game; and a roster of custom AI agents I run every day. I’m not learning AI on the job. I ship with it every week. No engineering degree. No technical co-founder. Just AI as my co-builder.

The agents handle the work I’d otherwise do by hand: research, content, repurposing, inbox. I’ve built eight and run four every day; the rest are ready when I need them. I test them in my own workflow first, then share what actually works. Every feature I ship, every prompt that lands, and every mistake along the way goes on TikTok and Instagram and gets unpacked in the Sunday Signal newsletter, so non-technical founders, marketers, and operators can copy it.

Sun Ventures is where all of it lives. If you’ve ever been told you have to be technical to ship software, this is proof that you don’t. You need taste, obsession, and the willingness to publish before it’s polished.

"I build like an engineer, decide like a product manager, and test like a user."

Sound Familiar?

This is for you if…

You don't need to be technical.
You need to be obsessed with the problem.

  • You have a product idea but no technical co-founder
  • You think you need to learn to code before you can start
  • You're not sure AI tools are meant for someone like you
  • You've started something, got stuck, and took that as a sign
  • You're waiting for the "right time" that never quite arrives
